After the death of her husband, Mona (Faten Hamama) bears the responsibility of raising her six children along with her work at the Ministry of Education. As her children grow, their problems increase especially as they become adolescences and young adults. Mona falls in love with a businessman named Ahmed Raafat (Ahmed Mazhar), but she is conflicted because of her devotion to her children and the possibility of her future with Ahmed.
