Adham had been betrayed by his wife which caused him a nervous breakdown, he entered a mental institution and went out to live with his dear sister and cousins, Noura and Shafiqa, and he did not believe in love and as a result he was getting rid of all the men who were trying to propose to his sister and cousins.
