Three men (Saadawi, Fattouh and Azab) decide to repent of their crimes after serving their sentences in Abu Zaabal prison. They go to visit the fish dealer (Abdel Razek) to get a van Azab left with Abdel before his imprisonment. Abdel refuses and orders his men to assault Azab. The men recognize Hamida who owns a fishing boat in Suez and who hates Abdel, so they decide to cooperate with Hamida.
